So I decided today to surprise Eddie and do my own french tip on my nails that way if I did it good enough I wouldn't have to pay to have it done on our wedding day. Yeah some things you should just leave it to the professionals, it came out so horrible! When he came over after work he asked me if I had been in the white out playing around! So instead of using the nail polish remover I decided to just paint my nails completely white and I have to say I kind of like it. Not that I'm going to be doing that for my wedding day but I do like it, I will next time leave it up to the professionals.
I also decided to try something new and try to make some orange chicken with noodles for dinner. That also didn't go the way I had planned it, the orange sauce was gross and the noodles, well I kind of forgot to buy some seasoning for it so they were plain. My cooking is usually very good but I would not recommend going to the grocery store at midnight again.
In other news my doctor said that I am ok from my gallbladder removal surgery which was exactly one week ago today, so yay! Now I just have to prepare myself for going back to work after being out for so long.
Tomorrow we are going over to Eddie's parents house for dinner and then Saturday we are taking family pictures with his family and then going to Ben and Tim's for our engagement party. Which basically is just an excuse for Ben and Tim to drink and have some of my friends over.
Anyways I'm gonna look up some more DIY ideas for the wedding, if anyone knows any please let me know!
